As our Key Accounts Manager - Europe you drive the Key Accounts expansion, creating new relationships with them to bolster our market presence and brand recognition. Your role involves extensive travel within Europe to conduct face-to-face meetings, visits, and participation in expos/fairs, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. Your contributions directly impact our growth trajectory, and you'll work closely with the founding team, gaining invaluable insights into our operations and strategy. The company will provide necessary support regarding car, credit card, etc.

- Identify and prioritize Key Accounts for acquisition through strategic visits, meetings, and participation in expos/fairs.
- Cultivate relationships with Key Accounts to understand their business objectives and pain points, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Support the expansion efforts of existing customers through regular visits, meetings, and participation in expos/fairs.
- Collaborate with Sales Business Development Representatives (SBDRs) to efficiently schedule meetings and visits.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with relevant departments for product and service improvement.
- Creating and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
