- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to MakerVerse.
- Utilize diverse channels and platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and professional networks to source candidates, employing innovative strategies to attract passive talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Track candidate interactions in Personio, mantain our candidate database updated and contribute to improving and documenting hiring processes and internal policies in Notion.
- Arrange and support the coordination of online and onsite interviews, including booking meeting rooms, arranging travel for candidates, and providing necessary logistical support to the candidates.
