Your mission

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at MakerVerse reporting directly to our COO. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive quality initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. As part of the operations team, you will lead efforts to ensure excellence across all processes, improve supplier quality management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Main tasks:

• Implement preventive quality measures and control processes across operations.
• Lead process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (CIP).
• Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage and enhance quality management processes for suppliers to ensure compliance and performance.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external quality audits.
• Occasional travels to visit national and international suppliers.

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in managing supplier quality within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in quality management and continuous improvement (CIP) methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and QMS implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with quality audits and supplier assessment processes.
• Experience in managing quality assurance within an on-demand production environment.
• You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills.
• You are based in Berlin and willing to occasionally travel abroad for supplier visits (90% - 10%).
