Your Mission

This is the operational heartbeat of our fulfilment process. As a Logistics intern, you’ll be right at the center of how a high-growth startup delivers precision parts to customers. Your work will help to ensure parts arrive on time and in perfect condition. From navigating customs to coordinating with couriers, you’ll see the entire logistics chain in action and build skills that will set you apart in any operations or supply-chain career. A large part of this role consists of hands-on inbound and outbound operations, including unpacking incoming shipments and preparing outgoing parcels for dispatch.

This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin (10318), reflecting the hands-on operational nature of the work.

YOUR IMPACT

Own the shipment lifecycle – Get hands-on experience managing the journey of a package from the moment it arrives to the moment it ships out.
Drive precision and compliance – Take charge of preparing vital customs documents and shipping labels, ensuring every detail is perfect for a smooth journey across borders.
Win together with quality control – Be the key player in checking that every part is packed correctly and every inventory count is accurate, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Solve fast – Jump into action to coordinate last-minute courier bookings, solve shipping puzzles (understand what went wrong with a shipment etc), and ensure we never miss a deadline.
Build to last – Help maintain our pristine supplier and shipment databases, creating a foundation of reliable data for the entire team.
Fuel improvement – Your sharp eyes on the front lines will help us identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to make our logistics machine faster and smarter.

Your DNA

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in logistics or supply chain.
Meticulous and organized – You have a keen eye for detail, double-checking your work to ensure 100% accuracy in packing lists, labels, and data entry.
A proactive problem-solver – You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a challenge and you start figuring out a solution.
Thrives under pressure – You enjoy a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and you maintain a calm, focused approach.
Strong communicator – You’re comfortable coordinating with team members and asking questions to clarify instructions.
Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a strong plus. Any experience with warehouse or inventory software is a bonus.
Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
