Your Mission

At MakerVerse, we are looking for a highly ambitious Junior Business / KI Automation Analyst to play a critical role in driving and scaling our automation and AI strategy. If you have a deep passion for digitalization, this position offers a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of our company's processes. You will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge automation and AI applications, while also delivering crucial analytics on key business drivers like revenue conversion and margin performance. Working cross-functionally across the organisation, you will help identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive meaningful business impact. 

Your Impact 
  • Architect and scale workflows: Develop and maintain robust process automations (using tools like AWS, n8n, etc.) ensuring they are scalable and strictly aligned with our business objectives. 
  • Support data-driven decisions: Use SQL and Excel to review and interpret key business metrics such as revenue conversion, trading margins, and shipping performance, helping teams make informed decisions 
  • Enhance visibility: Build and optimize intuitive reports and dashboards to elevate the way we visualize and interact with our data. 
  • Innovate constantly: Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools and technologies that support our digital automation initiatives and advance our overarching AI strategy. 
  • Ad-hoc Support: Partner directly with the leadership team on ad-hoc analyses and work on high-impact, cross-functional projects. 

Your DNA

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant full-time professional experience in a data-driven, analytical, or operational role
  • Basic Proficiency in SQL,Python and advanced Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational metrics
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows using automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, or AWS
  • Curious and proactive mindset with a genuine interest in understanding how different functionswork together to drive better business decisions
  • Highly ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to go the extra mile together with the team
