At MakerVerse, we are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work closely with our Managing Directors and play a critical role in shaping and executing our company strategy. In this position, you will report directly to our Co‑Founder and CFO, Tim, and operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the business while driving high-impact initiatives across the organization.
As a trusted partner, you will act as a force multiplier—bringing structure to ambiguity, driving key topics forward, and ensuring alignment on the company’s most important priorities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, demanding environments and wants to operate close to decision-making at the highest level.
Your Impact
- Support strategic priorities:
Work closely with the Managing Directors on high-priority business topics and help move the company’s most important initiatives forward. - Enable informed decision-making:
Prepare analyses, research, business cases, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions. - Prepare and structure key discussions:
Lead the preparation of important meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions—ensuring the right topics, context, and decisions are brought to the table. - Create structure and follow-through:
Help translate priorities into clear next steps, track progress on key topics, and ensure alignment and momentum across the business. - Contribute across functions:
Work on business-critical topics that require alignment and coordination across different teams and stakeholders. - Support organizational and people-related priorities:
Contribute to internal strategic topics, including selected organisational and people-related priorities, with a strong focus on structure, effectiveness, and business impact. - Bring clarity to complexity:
Create structure in ambiguous or fast-moving situations by organising information, aligning stakeholders, and helping move discussions into action.
