Venture Associate - Operations, Strategy & IT (Internship)

Your Mission

The Role 
Work directly with our leadership and Chief of Staff at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You'll support high-impact projects, help improve the way we operate, and take ownership of key internal IT processes – gaining firsthand experience in how a venture-backed startup is built and scaled. 

Venture Associate & Strategic Projects 
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives
  • Conduct market, competitive, and operational research to support business decisions and special projects
  • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the company
  • Assist with analyses, presentations, and project coordination for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Gain firsthand exposure to company-building and executive decision-making in a fast-growing startup environment
IT Infrastructure & Operations 
  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration, user access, and device management
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycle management
  • Support IT security, monitoring, and access governance
  • Enable teams through efficient tool provisioning and day-to-day IT support

Your DNA

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Confident working with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, basic admin concepts)
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with confidence working with data and spreadsheets 
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken 
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Excited by the idea of working in a startup and contributing wherever you can create impact
