Talent Manager

Your mission
As our Talent Manager (m/f/x) you are one of the first employees of a fast-growing startup and own the end-to-end recruiting process for various positions as well as our HR strategy. No two days are the same in this job. The following tasks will be part of your new role:
  • You set up out HR strategy, incl. resource planning and defining our talent architecture
  • You execute a solid and measurable end-to-end recruiting process for various positions
  • You plan and implement the best sourcing strategy including headhunting to attract top candidates
  • You craft and update job descriptions for attracting the maximum number of applicants and perform reference and background checks, contact applicants, and conduct initial interviews
  • You use LinkedIn as a sourcing and attraction platform to promote our Employer Brand
  • You build scalable talent management framework with consistent candidate and employee experience
  • You enhance employer branding and design, plan and execute an employee value proposition relevant to digital talents 
Your profile
  • You have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Lead, Talent Coordinator, or in a similar position
  • You have a sound knowledge of all recruiting strategies (e.g., sourcing, screening, interviewing) and feel comfortable to take on the challenges of a high-volume recruitment role
  • You have experience in setting up an HR strategy and talent architecture
  • You have experience working with core HR tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Personio
  • You have excellent interpersonal, project management skills and (non-)verbal communication skills
  • You are equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset and ready to work in a fast-paced startup
  • Fluent in English - German would be a big plus
